Park Central Neighborhood Real Estate

Happy Holidays to everyone in Park Central.  This has been a great year for real estate in Phoenix!  Property values are rebounding and all market indicators project a continued rise into 2013.  Interest rates are still extremely competitive, under 4%.

Our specific neighborhood, Park Central, saw several home sales in the last year, two of them surpassing $200,000.00!  The number of days homes are on the market has fallen dramatically.  Gentrification of our neighborhood has also begun.  Many homeowners have invested a substantial amount of time and money to update their homes and take pride in ownership!  Park Central has several things going for it; it is still affordable, the location is very centralized, and it is close to shopping, dining and public transportation.
